When I have fresh grip,I grab a rock and scrape a Jamie Thomas cross or something on the tail. Then I spray paint some stencil on it or something. But,uhh..like that  couple of extra bucks for collabo graphics on your grip.no thanks.

i don't do it because i can't tell the nose from tail, i just like it. it's part of all the skate fun for me.

I was in Nagoya on a friend's computer, and on her monitor, it was straight black.  Can see it just fine now that I'm home.

there was this kid who skated a park i used to frequent that had a bunch of different colored paint pen outlines for his foot placement for different tricks.

more than once, i watched as he rolled along staring at his feet, getting them in just the rightspot for his flailflips, and rolled right into a ledge or another skater and eating shit.
