This is bothering me as of late... How do I get my trucks to stop squeaking? Making them tighter is not an option.

just switched back to 8.5s after a month or 2 of riding a 9 inch bowl rider shape. everything feels weird as hell now

Another thought. how are you supposed to keep your trucks on the board without hardware? Along with your feet when you do tre flips down a 10 stair when you don't have grip? I personally think I care about hardware and grip. Not the 360 flips part, but the whole keeping your feet from slipping on a thing that's going really fast at times.
