How are the park burners? A dude at the shop recommended them to me, so i've been curious.

I don't think they're bad. I put a couple of chunks in all of 'em but they roll right out.

fresh nay-setup for the skate today. holla! new size for me too, 8.25 deck and 149s. got some 58 OJIIIs on there so Biggie has some nice new kicks. digging it for sure but forgot what's it like to grind without your hangars all worn out and ridged. you'd think I brought a bag of squirrels with me today when I was doing 50-50s.

new trucks are the worst thing in skateboarding. ditching the cupwashers and getting some bones bushings eases the pain, though.

agreed, I've been putting off getting trucks to fit my board for this reason.

i agree. the bushings on my indys are completely blown out. i dont want to get new trucks because breaking them in is the worst thing ever. i would just change the bushings on the ones i have now, but the nut is grinded down too much and i cant get them off.

I've had a new set of indys for a few months, but I'm so used to my completely grinded down ones that I haven't been able to bring myself to switch.

nice board, bucky! Wink

as for new trucks, i don't mind them. sure, i miss my grooves in my old trucks, but i always put my old bushing in my new trucks, so they don't turn much differently. plus the new metal grinds so much faster!

Why do your bearings weigh so much?

I'd really like to find out more about that concaved double kick deck and the 5" inch Aluminum trucks.
