wow, i didnt expect that as a reponse... i was just shocked that the biggest wheels except mine i saw was like 54... i just assumed that ment it was west coast guys cause... well, you all know west coast guys... to much dust on a spot and its to rough...
also, it can be materialistic when your bragging about your brand new 7.5 sheckler board, but i just thought it was interesting to see what people are riding... no reason to get all mad about it. i siked theres a lot of people riding none standard shapes now... thats pretty awsome

I just found the local shop around here, so I'll probably get another Anti-Hero or
a Black Label.  sucks, I don't think they have any Real boards

The guys who ride big wheels on here are from the midwest, east coast and north west. People in the south are pussies who just won't skate a spot if theres a little crack on it.

where do you get this information if you haven't skated down south?

i am from florida and the standard when i lived there was 55mm. i only started riding 52s when i moved to nyc. the spots up here may be grimey, but they are nowhere as rough as most southern spots...generally. sure, there are some spots up here that i will throw some 54s on to skate, but 52s will suffice for most spots. the spots i used to skate in florida and north carolina (i have family there and would skate there quite a bit) were pretty rough. marble spots with nice grounds were rare and cracks were the standard that most skaters down there were used to. i hardly go down there anymore, but when i do, they seem to still be skating the same way.

Whenever I say East Coast I include any state right along the atlantic ocean. South Eastern parts are pretty sketchy.

If you ever crawl inside an old hollow log and go to sleep, and while you're in there some guys come and seal up both ends and then put it on a truck and take it to another city, boy, I don't know what to tell you.
