I've been telling people that regardless if my Landlord tears down my house or not I'm gonna tear down the ramp in January. Yesterday my Landlord told me that the house is definitely going down in April or May. Which got me thinking about tearing down some walls myself.

I might add a hip and get rid of a pillar and have the best trick contest next year...
