Sorry Bob I got you confused with this Bob  Wink

Hi from Bristol,England.
I'm an old boy who has started skating vert recently, i'm loving it but i'm in pieces, i need some good hip pads. i was wondering what other vert skaters wore? Please could you all help!

That’s odd because for 26 years now all I’ve heard about our zoo is that it’s “world famous”. It’s cool; they have sloths

^ Maybe

I really thought that I was going to get laughed at greatly about Oj & Friends because of my opening and editing. So far nobody has said it sucked. Nobody has said it was good either and I'm fine with that. I filmed it at a time that I was just learning how to use my Go-Pro and it is the fourth skate video I've ever edited. I wanted to add some more effects but couldn't figure it out, oh well maybe next time. Plus it is just some dudes skating a micro-mini that gets boring quick.

I wasn't even going to tell anybody about it I was so embarrassed about the chances I took that I was fine with it going into obscurity but then I woke up and it was on TC, so I posted it here. When I got back from school and found it on Strange Notes that was too cool. Apparently if you get your video posted on Strange Notes you get over a thousand blogs embedding it with over 700 views in one day... pretty good for an embarrassment.

That video is me, I'm a kook, a dork. I've never protested that I was cool and I never will. I'm just a dude who knows how to use a saw and wants to skate for as long as this world will allow me

FTR made it on Beer Club

Now if I could get one of those sweet t-shirts...

P.S. Bob I skate with a couple of Washed Up Warriors from El Paso

FTR eliminates any shortcomings in your filming/editing capabilities.

Outstanding, pure mayhem!  I love it!  I didn't know us locals had something so cool in our back yard!

Thanks but if you look through some of these DIY threads you'll find some way more radder shit going on in your own back yard

There has always been WSVT "Washington Street" and other spots in the hood.  But your little setup is pretty rad.  I've been out of the scene for sometime.  Got mixed up in the family life, and blew my back out... So when I see shit like this, it makes me want to skate again.  I have two bulging disc in my lower back.  It's hell to get old when you played rough as a kid.  =)

Depending on your age, I still remember the RAMPS at the Linda Vista boys and girls club.

Sorry to hear about your back Josh. I heard the therapist at The Plunge is a miracle worker. I didn’t move to San Diego till I dropped out of collage and I didn’t know where Linda Vista was till I started delivering pizzas for NYPD.

I wonder if people know that this ramp house is going on in their backyard?

From the picture it looks like their backyard is a balcony.  Also this is most likely in Europe due to the electrical outlet on the left side of the sink.  If it's not an outlet it's a switch, and they are usually that huge.  2 years ago I went to meet my lady's family out in Hungary.
