Quartersnacks is the best site, but ^ is pretty cool too.  The guy who runs it passed me on the street the year before last, saw my ripped shoes and gave me a card for it, so he gets bonus points.  The internet shows tons of spots, but barely scratches the surface.  The whole city is like a skatepark.

When are you guys thinking of coming?

This is an OG board members conversation, go play in the Junk Drawer comments where you belong. Or traffic.

i think its 400 bucks if u get cought like 3 times... first time they take ur board and fine you like 25 bucks and give u back ur board once the fine is payed... well thats how its supposed to work. doesnt always work out that way.

So, right now I'm counting four heads coming out, with maybe a few more in the mix.  I have enough floor space to make it work, but I do live with two girls (one is little) so we can't trash the place too bad.  You guys could go to Philly first, then we could all meet up in Atlantic City for a night of skating, then gambling, then more skating before coming up to NY.  I found a couple spots there that I want to skate but haven't had the chance to and that you will definitely like.  This one casino has this sick quarter-pipe feature outside that we can probably get away with skating for a bit.

I'll just have to budget it all out, work starts next week and I'm going to be working two jobs this summer in order to get the money. AC sounds fun, I wanna get as much out of this trip as I can. What's the age limit on Casinos? Because I turn 21 in September. I'm down for skating anything and everything.

Pretty sure the gambling age is 21.  Thought I'd toss the AC idea out there, as it might be a fun interlude with some crusty Jersey spots in between Philly and NY, but you guys will have more options then you really know what to do with.

I'm down for whatever. I want to skate as much as my body will let me. I wanna get a trick at every spot we go to Not a big gambler though. I'm just excited to explore and skate and eat.

Well if it's food you're looking for I have a few recommendations.

A Pat's and Geno's trip is pretty much mandatory for Philly. Not necessarily the best Cheesesteaks but it's always fun to get one from each. You're looking at $7.50 per cheesesteak though, provided prices haven't gone up since last summer, but a Philly Cheesesteak with Whiz is a must if it's your first time to Philly. Also If you end up getting a little too drunk in Philly and find yourself in the Fishtown area I highly recommend the Huevos Rancheros at Ida Mae's Bruncherie to cure your hangover. I follow their recepie whenever I need a hangover obliterating breakfast, but nothing beats the real deal.

New York has good everything. If you want sushi Amber's on the Lower West Side has an awesome lunch special where you can get 3 rolls (6 pieces each) for $10. Mamoun's has my favorite falafel sandwich in New York and only costs $2.50 a pop. Spice has a couple locations and has some pretty good Thai-Fusion options for a reasonable price. My favorite pizza place in New York might be a little out of your way, but if you find yourself on the Upper East Side or in Spanish Harlem I highly recommend looking up Dreamer's Pizza at 102 and 3rd.

Yes, it does, but in a fun sort-of way.  I have unfinished business with a couple spots I found there.

This is literally a block away from our apartment.  We live on 101 and 3rd.  That spot doesn't look like much, but now I'll have to check it out.
