Heres how some grumpy intolerant old dick ends up killing someone after brandishing his gun at a guy telling him to leave a kid alone to skate on a basketball court. The debate now rages about whether or not the guy was justified in brandishing his weapon. Over a kid skating?

Hope that guy gets whats coming to him.
Flashing a gun around won't stop skaters from skating a spot.
Sucks to lose a dad like that.

Damn, I was going to post that I was not stoked on getting to skate the park today because it was iced over, but that seems small compared to that article.
Sorry to that little girl and hope the best to the family.

So sad. It is ridiculous that someone would brandish a gun in such a stupid and insignificant argument. What an idiot.

some guy pulled out a gun on some kid at the Bethlehem park in PA for accidently running into his kid (the park always has about 2 million people in it at any time). but instead of scaring anyone, someone ran up behind him an hit him in the head with a board leading to about 20 people stomping on him. deffinatly had that coming to him

that is fucked up.

not stoked on my temporary computer. watching any sort of video clip is a nightmare so i've just elected to not waste my time with it. sort of makes interwebbing less fun. i guess i've been spending more time with my dog, so that is good. oh, and my wife.

Crashed my car into a curb last night because some jackass in a pickup truck reversed without looking from his parking spot.

your suby?  that sucks. is the damage really bad?  i hate other drivers.  we have a winter deep freeze here, every year, for half of the year and each year it snows, it's like they've never seen it before. ugh.

Yeah it was the scoob but the damage wasn't toooo bad.  I was leaving the parking lot, going down the isle and literally 3 feet in front of me a longbed chevy reversed out fast without looking and I didn't really have much of an escape route. The only thing I had time to do was floor it and turn out of the way which forced me to run up on the curb. If I would have hit the brakes I would have hit him for sure and if I had simply accelerated straight, he would have hit my tail end. No win situation. It scratched/bent my left rims, broke part of the lip off and surely tweaked my suspension.  I'm worried about that part because it looks like part of the subframe is bent Sad

It also sucks because since there is no damage at all to his truck there wasn't really much I could do compensation wise.  If I filed a police report/insureance claim my rates would go up and I'd have to pay a $1000 deductible.  My plan now is to make sure its safe to drive and fix the aesthetics later down the road.
