not stoked on the mall shops.  a second local shop closed it's doors thanks to them. (to be fair, the locals sold it to bigger business last year too) i was just in this huge mall that opened a few months back.  there is 3 stores next to each other and none of them carried anything worth looking at. a trifecta of shit.  guess it's all mail order from now on.

I've had a contusion before on my thigh. It fully went away after a week or so. I just stretched for like 20 minutes a day and drank plenty of water because I thought it was dehydration. Give it a few more days, if it's still bothering you go to the clinic.
