Being almost 38 or 37 I think, I back it even more!. Garlic, Omega 3's and L-Glutamine I would add for starters.

One of my best friends is leaving for Afghanistan today, had such a fun week partying with him and a few other really close friends. Going to skateboard to clear my mind a little bit.

not too stoked on the antics of some vancouverites last night.  i'm embarrassed for canada.  for what it's worth, i don't think it had anything to do with hockey.  i believe there was a gang that had also tried to start shit during the olympics. give them 100000 drunk people and the situation was perfect for them to start the chaos.  it's still no excuse. they are all fucking retards.
