It hurt like all fucking hell. Waaaaaay worse than road rash, and I had to ride my moped home shirtless, with the sun on my back. I couldn't bear stopping because it was so hot outside and the breeze on it made it just bearable, so I took a right at every red light. It was the most awkward route home ever. I got home and drank a beer in a cold shower, then proceeded to drink 5 more while sitting in front of a fan for lack of pain killers.

Yea, the dude who gave it to me was going to school for architecture. He was kind of weird about it, he said that real blueprints have different sized lines and shit. But then he was like "but it's not a blueprint, it's a tattoo." I like to think of it also as a play on the Vitruvian Man by Da Vinci.

As far as keeping the park clean, you just gotta have some people who frequent the place a lot and aren't afraid to cuss a little kid out when he's out of line.  Be it bringing up a bmx bike, attempting some shitty tag, kickin' it in the middle of the ramps, the garbage problem....you need an army of old dudes, basically.

just a couple will do. all you have to do is remember how much kids hate it when you make them look stupid, and then make them look stupid when they blow it.

well, the army works better for taking shifts.  Something about seniority comes with authority and in turn responsibility.  My buddy is 40 (ripper) and all he's got to do is look at kids when they do something fucking stupid and they'll immediately refrain from said stupid activity. 

Here's a story pertaining to kids looking stupid and how they deal with it.


Some random kids come up to the local park a couple months ago and try to steal my buddies board, not realizing it was cracked.  My pal laughs and asks the kid why he's trying to steal a broken board and he got so pissed off and defensive about it that he rallied up the rest of his ignorant friends and tried to start a fight.  We're not big into running around fighting, so we go to leave.  Walking out of the park one of the kids walks by me and grabs my tit saying, "Why don't you leave with us".  Long story short, the kid caught my trucks to the teeth, ear and back of the head, my window got punched out of my car onto my fucking face, my friend got jumped, one kid got ran over my by car, and another kids front end got blown out.  All of this because a kid just couldn't just admit he was a fucking idiot making a fucking idiot move.

Like I said, it was a few months ago.  We haven't seen them since.  They seriously got theirs....I'm pretty sure someone's got some explaining to do as to why their mothers car is destroyed.  Just too bad it had to come to that.
