Hmm...

As a fan of well written Batman comics, (See: Frank Miller) I have yet to see a theatrical Batman movie that is even remotely close to the character.  Although, Dark Knight was clearly an improvement over Batman Begins, which was terrible.

I thought Iron Man was pretty good but, if you want a comic book movie that actually goes out of it's way to capture whatever it is that made the source material great, my vote goes to Ghost World.  It certainly doesn't go to Howard the Duck, which is sad, because HTD was one of the greatest, drug fueled, comics ever made.

Oh, and fuck a Watchmen movie.

Yeah, for sure. Even though I kinda wish they left out the part where he was playing electric guitar on the rooftop - unnecessary Hollywood cheese. It has a pretty good soundtrack too, as far as Hollywood movies go - Helmet, Rollins Band, the Cure, Pantera covering Poison Idea. I like the cover of Dead Souls as well, even though I'm not much of a NIN fan.

I guess some movie studio is trying to block Watchmen from being released now.  Movie studio A did not get clear permission to the rights from movie studio B I guess.

And instead of just getting a cut of the $$$, they want to can it all together.  Fucking retarded.

My favorite comic movie now is the Zohan.
