8's, I've been riding them even before I knew decks had sizes.  My feet are a bit too big for anything smaller.

think 8" is the best but depend of shoe size, I am 10...

I'm stoked on 8.25's because they actually feel like something is under you feet besides a twig. Plus, it flips fine.
