My first skateboard was actually an ALF scooter.  It was basically a skateboard with handlebars that attached at the front bolts.  Unscrewed the hardware, pitched the handlebars, and put it back together.  At the time it was the shit.

my first set up was this jank ass setup i bought at my local shop just to save so dough. i think everything on was bullet. HELLA JANK...

after that i bought a shorty's deck off someone used...

its was like an 8.5. i didn't know what was going on, i was just hyped to have a shorty's board at the time. I know somebody is going to be like, "thats lame," but shit shorty's was dope back when.

When i was 7 my neighbor gave me this fiberglass board with wack ass roller skate wheels, i would bomb the handicap ramps at my school on that thing. In 1987 i took all my allowance and bought a used tony hawk powell for like $50, my parents were fuckin pissed.

Consolidated Karma slick deck.  Had a family at a dinner table with teeth for eyes, 9 fingers, sideways mouths
and shit.  pretty sick, it was like '94.  Had some 8.25" indys and 48 mm Spitfire Bruisers that were a light blue.
I still have all that shit in my spare room.  Oh, and Ratz Nutz hardware, that was the shit.

Haha, my friend had something similar but it was Mario Bros themed.

Last minute update - This pic isn't mine. But, that was the Klein model I had.

My parents bought me my first board around '92 or '93. I think it was a nash or something. My dad still has it to this day. And it still has all my Ninja Turtles stickers all over it.

First real board.  Had a narrow carved wood one, and my first full-sized deck my dad made me before that though.

I had some generic boards but this was my first pro board.  Came with Independent trucks and Slimeball wheels.  I remember feeling like a badass riding it, lol I think I was in first grade.
