Well i went out and bought another copy and the second one was as slim and sleepy as the first.
it is the most stacked thrasher of the year. stacked with ads. there is even an ad for Mike McGill's walmart shoes.

i got mine a few weeks ago and i don't know how far north you are "Cold North" but i'm in the damn cold Minnesota and i got the dvd, very good... nothing compared to fully flared though
