Every year, I am forced to evaluate BONES WHEEL’S past year's successes and failures to create a plan for the coming year. I am looking at 2008 to be a year of evolution and growth, which means instituting some changes, which may be a difficult transition for some. I feel that such transformation is necessary if BONES will survive in this highly competitive, rapidly changing market. Because of a few team additions to the BONES program... and a few losses... it has forced me to reevaluate the brand as a whole.
As you well know I recently hired Jared Lucas to create unity for BONES WHEELS, to assist me in taking control of the brand and take the team to the next level of quality and success. We feel BONES is in a position to be one of the elite wheel companies in the industry and to be that company, we have to tighten up the team and put more emphasis on its future. Jared and I have come to the same difficult conclusion: it is now time for us to make these changes and start anew in 2008. The toughest part of our jobs is being required to demote or cut existing team members. Understand that this decision was unilateral and unavoidable.
As of January 1st 2008, BONES WHEELS can no longer promote a Pro Signature wheel for you nor can we justify paying you a monthly stipend. This also would include not promoting you with Ads, nor can we promote you through any other avenue. If you still want to remain on the team as a flow rider we would love to support you in that sense.

Damn. Thats shitty, but it happens all the time. I really like JCs skating. Why would that be posted here? Shouldnt that kind of thing be kept for only the people involved? Anyways, show it to all the kids trying to come up cuz they think they're the next Sheckler.
