Nor-Cal landed itself a new park out in Benicia. Only 40 minutes outside of SF and worth every mile.

WHAT: Bowls, street, more bowls and shit like that.

GOOD: The pool coping in the kidney grinds great, the street course has got loads of options and the big bowl can handle as much speed as you've got.

BAD: Right by a school, so you're better off getting there early.

PADS: You might want them for the big bowl.

ADDRESS: Community Park Dr, Benicia, CA 94510, USA

HOW TO FIND IT: Take the I-80 East toward Oakland/Bay Bridge. Take the exit towrads Martinez/Benicia and get on I 780 East, take the exit toward Columbus Parkway and merge onto Rose Dr North. About 3 miles down take a left on Community Park Drive and the park will be all the way in the back of Benicia Community Park.

One of the better parks in the bay area... nice and spacious with lots of different stuff to skate from a 3-stair to a 12-foot kidney bowl...lots of bikers is the biggest bummer...
