Last year my apartment was like 1/10th of a mile from the park. This is a great local park, its kinda small (10,000sq ft) but it's fun. Its got all the standard shit you need to get by. Its in a nice area and no one bothers you. On the rare occasion a kooky parent brings their kids to the park they usually respect the unwritten rules of skate park and they don't bitch if you're drinking a beer - just throw your shit away.

We like to grill out there so we got sexy college girls to skate in front of and they cook for us. I threw a few mini "contests" here followed by some pretty amazing parties. It's not the best but it's my local park and I love it.
