Big smooth park.

WHAT: Pool, bowls, stairs, ledges

GOOD: Good trannies, smooth surface, well built

BAD: Hand poured coping in the bowls is hard to lock into.

PADS: no

HOW TO FIND IT: Look for the big twisted building. It's close to there.
