Modular Whatever
Not a completely terrible pre-fab park. Decent layout. Deepish bowl, vert ramp with local rippers. Biker/Toddler hell. Be prepared to share. Just recently implemented the bureaucratic bullshit of required park passes. You also need a helmet. I skate this place because I can go fast and the private parks in Virginia Beach/Norfolk fucking suck, but if you are use to easy access/concrete you will probably not enjoy this municipal mess.
