Couldn't tell you much of the history, but I'm a traveler and I found my way to this skatepark. Noticed that it wasn't in the database, so I figured I'd help out.

WHAT: A good little mini ramp, few quarter pipes, a real small wedge/bank ramp, a box. No rails or anything.

GOOD: It's free, no pads, skate at your own risk kind of place, and the mini ramp's pretty fun.

BAD: The locals are kind of dicks. And there aren't any flat rails, but you can skate the edges of certain ramps as ledges.

PADS: (yes, no, helmet only, posted but not enforced, etc) Skate at your own risk, kinda place.

ADDRESS: I know it's at the corner of 33rd St and X st, Peter Pan Park.

HOW TO FIND IT: The address oughta help you out a lot, but you can get there easily off of O st. Everything seems to be on O street here.

Not bad, if you're into lip tricks

This is a "Skate at your own risk" kinda joint, and there's not really any beef with locals only. They gave me the cold shoulder, but they weren't straight up dicks or anything. If you're into lip tricks, this place is pretty sweet. Just quarters, wedges and banks, with a little mini ramp in a corner.

It's nothin too bad, and worth checking out if you're in the area. Nothing too big to throw down on, but it's worth having a session there with a ghetto blaster and a car full of homies.

You can use some of the edges of the boxes as ledges without it feeling weird.

Never really crowded, usually just little kids there, but every now and then a local posse will roll up and skate around.
