Imagine if they built a donut shop at the mall. You'd have all the cops in the town there sitting around hovering, while all the moms sat around gabbing, and kids that think they're the coolest kids in town lurked...Well that's basically what you got here in San Rafael with their giant cement monstrosity.
WHAT: A huge lot of cement with all kinds of weird shit.
GOOD: Lots of lines and unusual obstacles to find.
BAD: Anywhere from two to six sheriff's on patrol sitting there watching you skate, making sure you wear a helmet, making sure you don't smoke...
PADS: Helmets required and enforced by ranger and local police.

HOW TO FIND IT: Take HWY 1 into San Rafael and take the Lucas Valley exit(yes George Lucas-creator of Star Wars), and go right. Go all the way down till you get to the golf course and after you cross the tracks turn left before the gates. Follow the road up and around til you see the park on the left.
