Bahram Life-Celebration Skate Party
Do your parents or your friends’ parents have a skateable pool you daydream about riding? Well, our buddy Bahram used to empty his parents’ pool, invite all his friends over to skate it, and then fill it back up before his parents returned from vacation.
Unfortunately, Bahram has been battling brain tumors since 2008. This year has been the worst of it and he was hospitalized. His oncologist sent him home on July 25th, telling him there is nothing more they can do. That day, as he lay in the hospital he expressed his wishes of having a “Life Party.” A day to have friends and family celebrate life, positivity, and of course skating! It was bitter sweet, as they say. Bahram relaxed in his home hospital-bed as his friends and family laughed, cried and got PMA (positive mental attitude) tattoos. He took pleasure in knowing those who love him were present and having an amazing time. Bahram keeps saying PMA, that’s what we all try to uphold and cherish during these tough times. Skater, Chevy man, worker of concrete! Bahram is THE man. We love you bud.
