4th of July at Double Rock

Fireworks season in foggy San Francisco usually means it's time to break out the parkas and beanies—unless you live where we work and play, Hunter's Point, the sunniest 'hood in The Bay. And with the Levi's X Nike 511 Skateboarding Collection all set to drop on July 4th, the script essentially wrote itself: Time to open up Double Rock, invite our friends down, turn up the tunes, and have a lil' celebration.
From groms to glam, lurkers to legends, and rockers to rap heads, all basked in a sun-filled stoke of an afternoon filled with firecrackers, boards, burgers, and fine sisters dolled up in their stars-and-bars best. It really is true: Moms and apple pie, Levi's and Nike, Thrasher and Omar Salazar, American as fuck. HBD, USA!

3/16/2017Teammates, legends and bros converge at the local ramp to surprise Lizzie Armanto with her spankin' new Thrasher cover and first Birdhouse pro model. How sweet it is!
3/14/2017Those Skate Rock videos were unreal! Even the dudes on the trip said that was some of the gnarliest skating they’ve seen. Here are photos and stories from one hell of a sick journey filled with music and mayhem. Ay, dios mio!
3/13/2017GT, Ishod, and CK1, three of the best to ever do it, tackle the concrete swells of Montana and Idaho. It really doesn’t get any better than this. Enjoy...
3/07/2017Kowalski, Merlino, Gurney, and Raybourn wreak havoc on The Rock’s vertical situations. Just wait ’til you see Ben’s ender.
