Haven't skated for the last 7 years - not sure why - the guys I used to ride with don't anymore and I got distracted by girls and jobs and shit...well 7 years later I'm back and today was my first day.   It felt good - the first fall...brings me right back to the early days of blood and smiles.

Although it will take me a few more sessions to get my balance back and confidence up I'm happy to report that a town nearby where I live has a pretty decent cement park...never did I ever think Id ride a cement park like all the ones on the west coast - figured Id be secluded to the indoor fantasy lands I was used to back in the day.

It felt good to get out and just cruise a bit but im def gonna need a wider board - the old 7.5'er i dug outta the closet isnt wide enough for me to balance my fat ass on anymore!

well enough from me - hope I didnt bore you all too much - im just stoked to be back on the board again!

Tight park, I have only cement park half the size of that and greatful for it. Just one three level board with a snake run going around it posing as the street course with rails and pump bumps.
Get back on that horse and enjoy it.
