All I can say is wow! Circa Combat really did a great thing today. So this is how it went, my girl and I parked at the local shop and walked about a mile up the road to the park. We're two of the first people there; there's a few kids skating. Around 4, everyone is growing more impatient cause the Demo was suppose to start at 4. Finally, 45 minutes later, the black tour van rolls up. Ryan Gallant,Walker Ryan, Scott Decenzo and Sierra Fellers got out and started skating flat ground on a basketball court. Someone in the van broke out an Element flatbar. Someone turned a trashcan on its side and a broken down mountain bike was placed to skate. I talked to Ryan Gallant, asking him what it was like being back on the East coast and how the guys were holding up in this weather ( 78 degrees, overcast with 88% humidity). I also talked to my personal favorite of the tour, Walker Ryan. What a gentleman. He signed his Concrete Jungle DVD for me and he was psyched on meeting me. After the pro's warmed up, everyone migrated into the park. My girl and I posted up near a quarterpipe and I went to work snapping pictures and sequences with my Canon Powershot. I also took a few videos. As the demo went along, more and more kids were skating. I grabbed my friend Dougie's helmet and a random shitty Antihero board and tried to boneless 360 over a hip, I didn't land and my shoulder's still fucked from the bail. The TM's were grilling burgers and dogs for everyone, as well as giving out water. Tony Tave then showed up with his girl. His first trick was a 360 flip crook. Sierra Fellers kept snapping huge ollies, varial flips and backside bigspins over this huge fun box. I didn't see much of Scott Decenzo. He was skating a little tranny, but was over on the other side of the park. Sierra announced the product toss. My girl and I got lanyards, a pair of wristbands, I scored a trucker hat and we both got boat loads of stickers. I got Tony Tave and Sierra to sign my girls sticker and she's stoked. She also got a picture with Tony. As the demo ended, I was leaving and I saw a few guys from the shop talking with the team so I headed over. It was just my girl, me, Ryan Gallant, Walker and one of the guys from the shop. I was talking with them about the tour and how much good it did for them to come out here. I shook Ryan and Walker's hand and got a picture with Ryan. As I left the park, Tony Tave and his girl walked to his rental with me and my girl. I thanked him for coming out here and my girl and I were on our way.

Over all, the best demo and best team I've seen in person. Hands down.
