Went for the first time today, it's not as bad as everyone says it is but I was more impressed with the graffiti then the obstacles.

Looks like they're about to make a couple more quarters.

How the fuck do you get over a ton of concrete to that spot? That's dedication.

You're doing a good job there.

So yesterday I rolled down to Snatch Park, and the guys are really working hard to make this a nice spot to skate.  I was talking to one of the guys about donating my electric generator for them to use in the future.  It could be used as a power source for a cement mixer or what not.  Also there was some talk about possible donations for concert, and maybe doing some small shows to create the awareness of this new and upcoming spot.

Respect, and propz from the homie Josh!

BiciMix: prepara tu mezcla en 3 minutos!!!

Also here is one solution or thought that maybe possible for mixing cement.  Human powered.  Yeah I know it sounds silly but hey it works and it's quite.

all is well as far as I know.  they are actually doing some digging in the other side.  i think what it's all about is building a relationship with the cops.  once they know who we the skaters are, and that we the skaters are actually turning something into a positive, they may turn their heads and let us build.

i can see issues with the taggers, and tweekers....

after you factor in the time and expense building that mess, and how hard it's gonna be to get it spinning once you've got 200 pounds of crete and water in there, that's a total bag.

just use a tarp.

JUST USE A TARP!!!
I'm trying to make a how to on that so the kids can learn how to mix concrete in under a minute.

Snatch has a fundraiser coming on April 10th. I'll post a flier if I can find one.
My Spring break is in the middle of April I'm hoping I can spend it digging some ditches for them

^That's it. But you don't need the gimmick, you can just fold a regular tarp to 5'X5' or 6'X6' and it will work fine. Plus the people in the ad look like a bunch of actors not workers. Once you've used this method once or twice it's much easier. Seriously 50 seconds to mix 90 pounds.

This is what I could find on the fundraiser so far @ The Shake Down
