An old skatepark from the 1970s... you might remember Tommy Guerrero skated it in Future Primitive if you're an old fart.

WHAT: A large, mellow concrete dish with a jump bump in the middle and curbs all around the edges.

GOOD: Great views, best weather in the city.

BAD: It's in the middle of the Hunters Point housing projects so leave the video camera in the car and watch your back.

PADS: None required or needed

ADDRESS: 198 Whitney Young Cir, San Francisco, CA 94124, USA

HOW TO FIND IT: Southbound on 3rd Avenue from downtown, turn left on Evans, Right on Middlepoint...

Thrasher Skatepark Rating: 0 / 10

Cover boy Jeremy Leabres front blunts through the kink and slides through a 16-page jaw dropper of an interview. Ben Raemers backs it up with a 12-page interview which leaves no doubt that he's one of our country's most valuable imports. GX1000 scrubs away at London; Volcom crushes some cobblestone in Portugal and Vans sends some notes from their video base camp. Fall may be coming but this issue is gonna lift your spirits, kid.Add this one to your collection.
