It’s summer in Paris and the concrete is scorching. Kokona Hiraki and Lizzie Armanto lead the charge as the level of ripping in these Park Series events climbs higher and higher.

The women’s Combi event explodes to new levels every year and this time around was no exception. High-level ripping dominated the weekend, while Lizzie took home the crown. Salute!

The 8th annual Vans Girls Combi Pool Classic was a rager! Our guy Hambone got the goods and weighs in on where the event’s moving to next year. 

The progression is incredible. These ladies kill it harder and harder every year. Cheers to another epic day at Combi and big ups to Nicole Hause for taking home the top spot!

The seventh annual Girls Combi Pool Classic was back and this time the size of the checks were equivalent to the size of the bowl—huge!  Congrats to Nicole Hause for taking home first place and $28,000!

The Vans Park Series is back in Huntington Beach once again, but this year with a little twist to the format. Adding a continental championships to both the men’s and women’s divisions with a winner take all trip to the finals in Shanghai China. With over 80 entrants it was a long battle on the beach to earn that top spot to the World Championships. —Joe Hammeke

Yesterday was the Vans Girls Combi Classic at The Block in Orange, CA. The best women bowl skaters from Japan, Austraila, Brazil and all over the USA were represented in all three divisions. This annual event proves that girl skaters of all ages have no fear of some deep concrete vert.  —Joe Hammeke
